Woodz is one of the idols that takes a really good care of his health. Even though he really likes to eat, he manages to always stay in shape. He can eat a whole pizza in one sitting and one time he finished a big plate of a massive portion of curry rice that is almost the same size as a tumpeng.

Have a Workout Routine
Woodz does his workout routine regularly, the workout consists of squats, push-ups, plank, jumping jacks, etc. He often goes on a live stream while working out to share his workout moves with the fans and to give himself a companion. Sometimes he combines his work out with karaoke so the boredom wouldn’t come around.
